J. Douglas McCalla, or Doug as he is known, is a third generation Wyoming native born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming.  He served in the United States Coast Guard from 1969 to 1973 and graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1976.  He practiced law in Cheyenne, Wyoming until 1980 when he accepted a position as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Uinta County and served in that position until he joined The Spence Law Firm in 1982.  Doug served as partner for twenty years and recently became of counsel for the firm in 2009. ...  Read More

Roy A. Jacobson, Jr., "Skip," graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1976. After graduation, Skip practiced law in New Mexico for three years, returning to Wyoming in 1979 to practice in his own private law firm in Evanston and Kemmerer.
