Fatal I-90 Bus Crash in Clinton, Montana Clinton, Montana | January 13, 2012 Two people were killed and dozens were injured after a bus driver lost control on Interstate 90 near Clinton, Montana, Sunday morning, January 8, 2012.  Early reports indicate that the interstate was icy, and the bus lost control, rolling onto its side.  The Spence Law Firm has been contacted by victims of the bus accident and is investigating the incident.

Settlement Against Wyoming Trona Mine for Injured Worker Cheyenne, WY | December 16, 2011 A Wyoming worker who lost his leg when he was run over by a railcar at a Wyoming trona mine and soda ash facility has agreed to a confidential settlement with the defendant mining company, his former employer.  G.
