Estate of Jose Gregorio Bautista Leon vs. Jacob Hill On June 29, 2010, in Teton County, Idaho Mr. Bautista Leon, 60, was riding his bicycle from an after work dinner party to his home when he was struck from behind by a 1981 GMC pickup truck driven by Jacob Hill. Mr. Bautista Leon, who had been working legally in the United States, died shortly thereafter as a result of his injuries leaving behind a wife and two children in Mexico.
